About me

Professional Product Manager   (PSPO I, PSPO II, Stanford) with over 18 years of experience in IT   implementation of SaaS projects. In-depth knowledge of system development   lifecycle, information modelling techniques, product planning and stakeholder   management. 

Started in IT as a software   tester and soon stepped into a QA role where I focused on making sure   critical flaws were caught in the early stages of a design and development.   As a Business Analyst and, lately, as a Product Owner or Product Manager, I   have worked closely with system engineers, program managers, developers,   testers, customers, and users to design the right solution for the right   problem as a key ingredient in maximizing product value.

I worked in classic waterfall   process and transitioned to Lean - Agile approaches for the past 10 years. I   have extensive experience in requirements and product backlogs management,   overseeing of the development stages, evaluating product progress after each   iteration, and assessing product success.

My tenure as Head of Analysis, Data and Creative Services at Endava, saw me driving recruitment efforts, maintaining billability targets, and identifying sales opportunities, all while providing expert guidance and best practices. I've built enduring relationships with senior client management, enhancing commercial awareness, and spearheading initiatives to bolster sales and presales skills among colleagues.
